At this time we do not accept insurance. We take payment up front. As a courtesy to you we will mail the appropriate forms to your Dental Insurance.
Unfortunately there are many different dental plans within each insurance company and we do not have any way of telling which insurance and which plans will or will not reimburse you for your scans. For this reason, you may wish to call your insuracne ahead of time to check your coverage.
